  May 30, 2020 - Pale lemon with a touch of straw.
  Quite pronounced aromas of lime cordial, lime zest, lime juice, lemon and faint honeysuckle and petrol.
  Dry, high (but not super high) acidity, Medium (12%) alcohol, medium body, M+ intensity and a medium finish just dominated by lime juice.
  Same citrus flavours as aromas
  Clean & refreshing with the intensity of fruit flavours balancing well with the acidity and the alcohol (albeit quite low) unnoticeable. A pleasant enough wine but little more. Very Good but only just.
  
  Day 2: Slight petrol notes now appearing on the palate together with hints of white peach. Concentrated lime flavours still apparent but less dominant.
