May 31, 2020 - Appearance: deep ruby with legs
On nose : mid+ intensity, red and dark fruit : cherry, red flora, tobacco, eucalyptus, lichorice, pepper spiciness, a hint of cooked red rice.
On palate: dry, med+ acidity, med to med+ intensity flavour, red and black fruit : cherry on front palate, mid body with a bit hollow feel on mid palate, high but fine tannin, pepper spiciness, some bitterness and lichorice with high alcohol(14% abv) and med finishing.
Not a complex one but it is still in balance. Doubtlessly, It has a right bank Bordeaux character but a bit uncontented. I suggest to drink it now instead of aging as u still can enjoy primary to territory flavour in his moment. Cheers!3,292 views
