  June 16, 2020 - Still quite fresh despite the 11 years, very good acidity which was balanced with ample fruit, makes this a yummy wine with spicy food, we had curry, very well matched. A classic style which in general not my favorite, I prefer the drier types, like a GG or dry Grand Cru from Alsace. But with spicy food, this was quite nice.
