June 13, 2020 - Perfect bottle, no ox or other flaws. Smell of lemons, green apples, white flowers, flint, almonds and salty sea breeze. Beautiful boquet. The palate is quite fullish, but still fresh and energetic. Medium plus acidity and a pretty long salty finish. Great balance and harmony. I served this blind, and all tasters went straight to Meursault. But they struggled to figure out if this was a really good village or a 1'er Cru. Fantastic showing from a 9 year old Bourgogne Blanc. Still almost youthful.
