  March 27, 2020 - At home tasting this 2014 vs the 2015 Azienda Agricola Valentini Trebbiano d'Abruzzo. The 2014 slightly has the edge now, however giving the structure of the 2015 I would not be surprised if it will have the upper hand in the future. Both vintages however taste young still and can age for a long time more! Will try to age both vintages some more for a mini vertical in some years to come.
  This 2015: yellow apples and limes. Linear and intense.

  6/21/20, 1:38 AM - For science: yes! Of you own only one bottle, better to wait on it...If you however pop one now, give 1,5-2 hours of aeration time and use large glassware.
