  June 12, 2020 - An excellent clean light version of this vineyard. Tastes more like shells, citrus, and minerals with a succulent finish to me. I thought Forêts (Forest should be an easy translation), was generally a richer and lusher version in other producers, but while the style is different, I enjoyed it and thought it paired with the delicate flavored oysters better.
