  June 22, 2020 - Same specs as the July 2019 bottle I wrote up. Virtually all Pinot Meunier, dosage of 6 g/l and disgorged October 2019. Opened the bottle yesterday. Color on this is a salmony/dark pink. This bottle has a good measure of blood orange, which is what drives the acidity. There is a juicy, strawberry component that sits within a concentrated, denser type of texture. Peach, some licorice and lime, too. Finishes with blood orange and pomelo note. This is not elegant or lithe, but more powerful and rich in tone. Delicious.
