June 23, 2020 - JR Zoom Tasting - Faustino Vertical ('55, '64, '70, '94, '01, '05) (Vancouver, BC): A hint of VA on the nose along with tart red berries, orange zest, and some underlying caramel sweetness. The overall profile is slightly reminiscent to the '55 tasted earlier. Bigger in profile on the palate, with rich dark fruit, mushroom, and cigar box. Rustic in style finishing with plenty of spice. Quite primary with tons of power lurking behind, this needs time to rest in the cellar yet it was a treat to try along side the other bottles tonight. Let these sleep and I'm sure you'll be rewarded.

7/9/20, 4:47 PM - How long do you think to let it rest in the cellar? Thank you!
