  June 21, 2020 - This wine continues to drink beautifully. I consider this a special occasion wine and Fathers' Day provided the perfect excuse to pop a bottle! Decanted about 2 hours. A beautifully balanced wine with notes of plum, black raspberry, cassis, with hint of spice and damp earth. Tannins are soft and well integrated. Paired perfectly with grilled dry aged rib eye steaks and lobster tails with herb butter. For me, this is a perfect wine and it hasn't even peaked yet!
