July 2, 2020 - Just as BAGERHAT said and more, an amazingly rich and complex NV, basically my favorite one at this point. More than just the bake McIntosh apples and fresh bread, but some mature toasty-ness and plenty of chalky minerality in a long clean finish. If you see it, buy it.
