  June 30, 2020 - Golden with some hints of amber, has a lush quince jelly nose an while showing some of that on the palate it much more dominant in the stony and mineral elements. Showed great freshness and not as much of the maderization as I would expect. The big surprise was it being much more ready to drink within 30 mins of getting air. Often with this wine it isn't ready on the first night and is only showing well on night two or even three. As always I kept about a third which was diminished slightly on the second night so we finished it. Still lovely if at cellar temperature, but not quite as fresh.
