  July 6, 2020 - Fill was into the neck and the cork was pristine; slow ox for three hours prior to dinner, then followed over the course of the evening. Deep garnet with a hint of bricking. Complex and extroverted bouquet, with heady notes of dried plums, blackberry, bramble, black truffle, with hints of cigar box. Medium bodied, classic profile, structured, with great depth and balance. The 1995 vintage character shines through, which for my tastes, is quite the compliment!
