  July 11, 2020 - At the open:
  Smells of sweet black and dark red fruit
  Tastes of concentrated textured dark cherry & raspberry over a wood forward backbone; astringent
  Heavy paint-like grainy tannin on the gums
  
  Full bodied.
  
  After 75 Minutes:
  Smells of medicinal aromas over red fruit
  Tastes of evolving, ever moving cherry fruit and astringent leather.
  
  This needs another 10 years as it is heavily wrapped up, but you can taste the coiled layers of fruit and earth - it will be fun to follow.
