  July 13, 2020 - Thank god I had my hand firmly on top as I released the wire. Otherwise, someone could have lost an eye! Surprised this bottle didn't explode due to all the pressure it was under. Consider yourself warned!
  
  Yeasty notes overwhelmed by intensely sharp watermelon, grapefruit, citrus, and wild strawberry fruit. A bit funky and reductive, minerally rich and savory. Long, mouthwatering finish.
