  July 21, 2020 - Brought this to lunch with my best friend from the University days at Jin Long. We ordered Hei Chor, Soy Sauce Prawns, Fried Prawn with Banana Fritters, and Mee Sua.
  
  Light, pale, straw yellow in colour with intense notes of grapefruit ad guava. A very well made wine and have always appreciated having a CB Sauvignon Blanc at the dining table. Versatile, soothing and flexible, this wine went well with the food available and matched the flavours with aplomb.
