  July 30, 2020 - The more Bedrock I drink the more I am coming around to the fact that while a few of the reds drink well young, they need to sleep before the real party starts. With that in mind, after 5 years this Bedrock Heritage has up opened somewhat. Reserved notes of black raspberry play off clay and briary notes, good acidity and freshness. The back end shows a lot of power indicating this still has many years to go. Drink now with a long decant.
