  August 3, 2020 - Drank this at Yummy Palace with my wine mates. Theme of the night: Wines that start with A.
  
  Bottle breathed for 30 minutes. Would have benefitted from a longer decant. Dark, rich purple in colour with ripe plums and thick coffee with thin mint on the nose and palate. Elements well integrated with the wine delivering a balanced profile; new world styled Bordeaux and probably on of the best in its class.
  
  This is a really well crafted wine and highly enjoyable at this stage. Can still wait for another 5 to 10 years before opening. Do give it a good decant before consumption.
