  August 8, 2020 - Medium yellow. Stone fruit, apple, and a dash of honey on the nose. Rich and quite sweet for a Prum Spätlese. Ripe fruits as the aromas suggest plus spice and a prominent note of brown sugar. Utterly delightful without doubt for its luscious fruit, but it is too short on acidity to be a truly outstanding example of Mosel Spätlese.
