August 17, 2020 - Decanted for 1hr+. Light ruby red, light-medium body, red fruit on the nose, tannins were present, mellowed down but fully integrated, and the acidity was refreshing. More red fruit on the palate, with some cherry and a little bit of tart taste on the finish. We paired this with a 60-day dry aged prime ribeye. Amazing.
