  August 31, 2020 - This wine is aging as you would expect Pinot from '08 Oregon to do -- it has many years of cellar life remaining, if you have the patience to sit and wait. Not me. In the glass, a translucent burgundy color with earthy aromas, followed by some baking spice. On the palate, more earthy character than the '09 from the same producer, and a ton more acidity. This wine was built to last! Nice weight to accompany food and plenty of nuanced flavors that come through in the layered finish. Incredibly enjoyable.
