  September 9, 2020 - Deep and juicy aromas with raspberries and plums and cherries, along with iron, pepper and violets. Fresh acidity on the palate, vibrant red fruits meet some moderate tannin. Ripe and fun, too, with notes of mineral, asphalt, dark chocolate shavings. I should've buried this bottle for a few years, as that's what it deserves, but it was still really enjoyable.
