  September 11, 2020 - The wine was a deep ruby at the core and deep pink a the rim. It was semi opaque had no sediment and high viscosity. Alcohol was 15 %.
  The aromas were sour cherry, anise, rise and cigar box.
  The wine was dry with high acid and alcohol and med body, finish and tannins. It was smooth tasting and I tasted sour cherry, tobacco and black tea. This wine could use 3-5 more years in the bottle.
  I need to invest in a Corvine to ensure the wines are ready to be consumed.
