September 14, 2020 - Bright, bold nose of cola, raisin, and hibiscus, with hints of leather and smoke. Palate shows strong acidity and light, smooth tannin. Not a lot of body or structure, but lots of flavour: berries, sarsaparilla, smoke, cranberry sauce.
