  September 18, 2020 - Nose of blackberry and plum wine, with hints of pink peppercorn and thyme. Massive flavours of cassis, leather, forest floor, and shiitake mushroom. Tannin still present, but feels a bit dusty, like it's starting to fall apart. Not sure how this will age (and this may not have been a perfect bottle), but it's a lot of fun to drink now.
