  September 18, 2020 - Rosh Hashana dinner (from Saul's in Berkeley). Opened one hour before dinner. Dark ruby in color. Dark cherries and spice box on the nose. In the mouth we have black raspberries, black pepper, some meat nuance and the expected CdP garrigue. A little tannin, but seems almost elegant. Went nicely with my beef brisket.
