  September 28, 2020 - Indigenous grapes (70% Carricante, 20% Catarratto, 5% Grecanico, 5% Minnella) grown on volcanic soil at 600 to 900 m altitude.
  PnP. Starts very shy, nice nose with lemon and melon, on the palate, clean, high acidity and good minerality, light bodied, medium+ length, was very nice with smoked salmon.
  Not very developed yet, but shows good potential (90+), will only improve with age, superb price to quality relation, I wonder how the single-vineyard wines of this vintage will look if the basic wine shows already this high level.
