  October 5, 2020 - I find this interesting as this tasting was different than one I had 5 months ago for the same wine.
  The wine was deep purple at the core and med garnet at the rim. The Viscosity was high and the alcohol was 14.8 %. The wine was clear with no sediment.
  On the nose was a bouquet of forest floor, dark cherry, anise, prunes and baking spice. It was intense.
  On the palate I tasted was overripe cherry, earthy, prunes. pipe tabacco . The wine was dry and well balanced, smooth with a long finish. The tannins and acid were medium and despite the 14.8 % alcohol the alcohol content appeared to be medium. This is a drink now wine. But I will keep a few bottles for a few more years.
