  October 7, 2020 - a couple hrs open then decant as there is so much fizz. Tasting is another thing altogether, more of an orange rind flavor with such excellent texture in the mouth, great depth of fruit and acid balance, the spritz in the mouith adds another point of interest. Fun and different experience and so together. Good to drink now.
