October 9, 2020 - The wine looks super cloudy, then becomes clearer with aeration.
When PnP, the flavours are a bit musky. With aeration, flavours of plum, tobacco, dried leaves, meat, smoke keep unfolding. At some point, maple syrup flavour dominates the palate, but recedes to the background later on. It is certainly interesting, but will get even better with longer aeration.1,622 views
