October 13, 2020 - Bright, slightly rosy beige. Fine persistent bubbles and quickly dissipating white mousse. Abundant nose of Royal Anne cherry and ashy toast. Palate echoes the nose. Medium plus acidity (natch) with a moderately long dusty cherry finish. All of the complexity that a Blanc de Noirs should bring in a reasonably priced package. A great Champagne to enhance any meal or celebration. Drink it when you buy it, of course.
