  October 23, 2020 - More on the delicate side of Barbera with more acid structure than burliness. A very nice wine in the traditional style which is tart cherry and a bit of fall leaves and nutmeg. Had fine grape tannins and decent length with ~30 second finish. Best with charcuterie or my favorite which is wagyu burgers with gorgonzola.
