  October 30, 2020 - Decanted an hour before dinner. On the nose great and intense with lemon and pineapple combined with a sea breeze, on the palate again this mineral taste, medium acidity, nice bitter note that cries for food, good concentration and mouth feel, long finish, was superb with porcini and bread. Requires time and air and do not drink it out of the fridge, needs 12°C or more to show its quality (92+). Beginning drinking window, made for additional 10 years at least.
