  November 1, 2020 - orino Barolo - 2012 was a difficult vintage changing from hailstorms, rain and intense heat. This one from Corino has some subdued and earthy soft fruit that cleared up after some hours in the decanter. Still it showed earthy tones with raspy tannins, medium+ acidity and a bit warmth from the 15% alcohol level. It might benefit from more time in the bottle although I am not sure. Time will tell.
