  November 1, 2020 - Last bottle of 6, PnP. Similar to last note, red berries, fresh and elegant with good persistents, not as overextracted as other Ripassos, therefore very good with food. Important to have an eye on the temperature, best at 16°C, else it looses its balance. Enjoyed a lot with our Pizza.
