  November 1, 2020 - Deep ruby in color. Dark fruit. Blackberry, black cherry, blackcurrant on the nose. On the palate, it's definitely got the ripeness of Napa. A little residual sugar too, perhaps? Very primary both on nose a palate but there is a decent amount of fruit and the tannin is not aggressive but very noticeable. Acidity is somewhat obscured by the sweetness of the fruit but it is there. IMHO this the structure to gain complexity, it just needs some time.

  11/30/20, 2:48 PM - I agree with your rating notes. We picked this up at Costco for only $15 so it also an excellent value. It has a nice dry finish.
