  November 6, 2020 - So a very Savignin nose - white mountain flower, smoke, a bit funky like other Jura wines. On taste intense fruit on the palate with the acidity and salinity toward the middle and back of the palate in a line. Long finish - intense flavors. Very nice and complex wine - supremely enjoyable. Not for everyone because of the nose but for those adventurous enough you well be rewarded.
