  November 13, 2020 - Oh Yes, Thank you darling. What an amazing champagne. Beautiful light golden, delicate bubbles. Impossibly sweet nose, grilled citrus, ripe apple, honeydew melon, hint of fresh coffee, floral and deep.
  Sweet and cool landing on the palate, fresh clean acidity, deep minerality, abundance of fresh white and yellow fruit. Long vibrant taste that folds out over half a minute.
  This is a premium well made champagne from a producer that luckily stays under the radar in the market. Will buy a case of the current vintage tomorrow!
  Just thankful. Wow.
