  November 5, 2020 - Thursday night Football with Walter (49'ers vs Seahawks). Two hour decant. Medium red color. Floral nose. Initially surprising dark fruit on the palate followed by the expected earth, leather and garrigue. Medium body with tannin subsided. Went nicely with grilled cheese sandwiches and meatballs. After 90 minutes, it began to fade a bit. Still a very nice drink that may have peaked a little earlier.
