  November 19, 2020 - Bottle opened several days ago, uncorked but refrigerated. Not the most intense or complex Kabinett as yet, but richer and more weighty in mouthfeel. You feel there is a lot hidden but I would still have preferred a little more sweetness and ripeness. Opened a Donnhoff ‘17 Oberhauser Liestenberg Kabinett at the same time, which has that extra zing, albeit not quite the complexity. Still how can you go wrong with any really well made Kabinett especially in today’s world of completely insane wine prices.
