  November 26, 2020 - Mineral driven, crisp acidity, brilliant pale gold color, touch of salinity. Gets your attention and holds it. Best, I venture, with food; on it's own, the austerity can be challenging.
  
  I will hold bottle #2 for at least a year; it will be interesting to see how the wine ages.
