  November 28, 2020 - Rustic, floral, spices, red cherries. Given time, the earthy notes show. Palate is still a little tight. Red cherries, very nice fruit. With air, more expressive. Suggest air in bottle for pop and pour instead of decanting? Getting a bit medicinal with herbal character. Still evolving in glass though not getting much better. LB HA LT MF
