  September 9, 2020 - Nose of honey, lemon zest and crushed rock. Texture is so honeyed, with delicately sweet pear-like fruit nicely cut by savoury/zesty/rocky mineral notes. Really fantastic, complex, balanced; so many elements, but great harmony makes it incredibly drinkable.
