November 29, 2020 - Erik, can you please increase the Tasting Note scale to 101? Please? This must be the finest, most complete wine I have ever tasted. It has everything. The nose keeps evolving. Minute by minute. Second by second. The taste has the most profound and full palat ever. You have the perfect balance between the power of the Cabernet S, and the elegance of the Merlot. You have smoked vanilla, toast, roasted espresso, mature red fruit. Perfection achieved. Thanks Roy S, and thanks Jean. We missed you on this tasting..
