  December 10, 2020 - Wine seemed disjointed. Good yeasty flavour but not integrated with the fruit. Wine was a little astringent. I do wonder if this was bottle variation as I have really enjoyed this wine previously and as a style it has been so consistent

  12/11/20, 1:18 PM - Did you get the disgorgement date? The year that it entered the cellars should also be on the back label as well. I'm worried that Charles Heidsieck are leaving the wines on the lees for shorter periods than in the past.
