  Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over two hours. Re-visited 24 hours later.
  
  Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout with medium, steady beading. Nose of mushroom, brandied pears and yellow apples. A bit more sherry like on the nose 24 hours later. Bright flavors of yellow pears, lemon and minerals. Bright acidity, full bodied. Drink now with a little air to blow of any potential bottle funk or continue to hold.
