  Lemon peel, lemon grass - minerals prevalent as well - hints of lime? Slight crème brúlèe - under ripe cantaloupe
  Golded straw color in glass
  Soft tones up front - not as bright and fruit forward as it looks. Crème brúlèe is on the end by only slightly
  Slight apple sauce
  Medium to low acidity
  Remember whites are not my favorite
