  December 15, 2020 - Oh man....love this! Typical barnyard funk and game on the nose with red cherry and strawberry fruit but has mainly given way to the secondary flavors now. Mid-palate notes of pepper, licorice, tobacco, earth, leather and cured meat. Still has some acidity left with savory, smooth tannins and wonderful long finish. Beautiful wine right now...can certainly pop now or still let go for a couple years.
