  December 20, 2020 - Popped and let air for 45 minutes. Should have let this air for at least another hour as this really benefits with time. Complex dark fruits- black cherry with a bit of leather and cigar. Well balanced and drinking beautifully. Delicious and ready now but can certainly benefit with more time.
