December 19, 2020 - Very typical for Pegau, this is marked by dark cherry fruit, Provençal herbs and spices. Quite airy and with decent acidity, however also a small touch of alcohol. Improved much after a few hours a air. Make sure to serve this appropriately chilled, it gets heady when the temperature goes up.
