    December 20, 2020 - 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc. Gave 3h air.

Medium ruby color. Notes of black cherry, coffee, soy sauce and potting soil. Satin texture, medium-full body, with succulent dark fruit on the palate, hints of coffee and a spicy lift. Very young, with aggressive muscular tannins that wash out the finish. I sense potential, but this one's not yet for drinking.

12/21/20, 2:11 PM - Thanks for the preview, Dave! the soy sauce & potting soil sound awesome, but I will take your advice and cellar longer...perhaps 3 years, or so?

    Happy holidays! 🎁

12/21/20, 2:47 PM - I marked 2022 as the early side of the drinking window, based on last evening, so I would say 2-3 years and try it, especially if you have more than one in case it's still a bit young.
